This was the first whole day the business team spent together doing business-y stuff while the other teams were out working on construction, teacher development and the medical/dental clinic - otherwise known as the Mental clinic.
Of course, we can't have business people together without at least one meeting that really accomplished next to nothing. That's just the way business works.
After the really awesome, effective meeting, we hiked to the village of Turlung to meet with village leaders from many villages to start helping them with the development of the Lamjung Experience Trek - a new trekking route in the area the local villages are starting.

After a long business meeting, we broke for a late lunch in Turlung. It was some super strong curry - the sweat-it-out-of-your-pores kind of curry. And we didn't have regular steamed rice to tame it down. It was a pre-boiled rice that they pound out like oats and then dry and eat dry from the bag. Pretty interesting experience.

Scott, Danalee and I took a detour to try the bamboo swings. It was fantastic.
The kids there had another pretty cool swing that we didn't try because the big Americans don't fit on a little Nepali kid swing-a-bout.
And finally, one adorable little girl.

Wow! Looking at your pictures it looks like we had totally different experiences. I am jealous I didn't get to experience your half too.
