FHE Tonight - Finding Joy in the Journey

Somehow I forgot that I volunteered last week to teach the lesson at FHE tonight. I was actually thinking of skipping because my week is jam packed and I need some time to get a long run in one night this week and tonight was looking like the only night free. Race day on April 25th is coming way too soon. However, duty and obligation call so here's a quote from the short lesson I'll teach tonight.

“Both abundance and lack [of abundance] exist simultaneously in our lives, as parallel realities. It is always our conscious choice which secret garden we will tend . . . when we choose not to focus on what is missing from our lives but are grateful for the abundance that’s present—love, health, family, friends, work, the joys of nature, and personal pursuits that bring us [happiness]—the wasteland of illusion falls away and we experience heaven on earth.”
