4.5 Miles Down

I finally bought my new running shoes last night, and after only 4.5 miles, which may be too early to tell, I really like them. It's a good thing I went to a running store because apparently I have been running in shoes 1/2 size too small for running, which may... or may not... account for my the few times I've lost the same toe nail. And, I've never... ever... been a big fan of yellow, but I really like the yellow on the shoes. So, I'm back on the road/treadmill/trail again. Next stop - WhistleStop 1/2 Marathon, Saturday October 10 in Ashland, WI. I'm currently recruiting runners to come run if you want to fly into MN and come run with us. The 1/2 marathon allows walkers too (Lisa) if you want to walk.
