Practically Perfect Pulled Pork (BBQ Style)

Saturday night I had a bunch of people over for "Food and Friends" and I decided to try some slow cooker pork. As previously stated in a random post in the past, for some reason I like to try new recipes on unsuspecting guests. Saturday was a moment of super-stardom of new trials in food. Here's all you need:

Slow Cooker
Pork roast or shoulder
Bottle of BBQ sauce (I used Famous Daves Rich & Sassy... since I am sassy... well, and they came in a 3-pack at Costco)

I tossed the pork in the slow cooker late in the morning, poured in 1/2 the bottle of sauce, and let it cook till 6pm. About 1/2 way through I took a fork to the cooked pork to help shred it and let the sauce cook in better. Then about 2 hours before I served it, I spooned all the juice out (it gets reallllly juicy) and then poured in the rest of the bottle of BBQ sauce.

Not to toot my own horn (especially since this is REALLLLLY easy to make) but people went back for not just seconds but thirds and fourths. They only left me one serving, which I just ate for lunch.... and I made a lot! It was really that good.
