Winds of Change

Last week the winds shifted direction... and as I always learned from my mom growing up, that meant that the season had changed from summer to fall. Summer in MN went so fast, I was a little sad. However, I just can't seem to get enough of the slowly changing fall leaves and the nice cool weather. I think I have been blessed by quickly thickening blood (we'll see how I fare the winter) because I have reveled in the cooler weather and I haven't really been cold at all. Just a light jacket and I'm ready to head outside somewhere. After I get back from my trip to Barbados (We land in 2 1/2 days!) I'm planning lots of fall color drives and camping trips to try and see fall at its best. It has been 6+ years since I've seen a fall and I love it!
