Since I've been in Minneapolis, I've had a family that has been gracious enough to invite me to spend holidays with them while I'm here alone. Last year and this year I spent Easter with this family (really two families with kids and the grandparents) and both years they let me help hide eggs. Each of the kids in one of the families has 12 plastic eggs of a particular color that they find. Apparently last year I was such a GREAT hider that 12 months and counting they still haven't found one of the eggs. Since she was short one egg with candy last year, I paid her back with interest in a big bag of M&Ms. This year, one of the boys had me hide his eggs and when I asked him how hard he wanted it on the egg-find-o-meter he said 12 on a scale of 1-10.
Little did he know how GOOD. I. AM.
Good at coming up with creative hiding places as evidenced by the video (courtesy of Carrie). We were all laughing so hard and watching it spin around it was the easiest one for him to find.

That's funny and creative. You'll have to give us some pointers for next year. I like the different colored eggs for each kid idea.
Hahahaaaa....!
